All orders are shipped through trusted and professional logistics partners to ensure your games reach you in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the serviceability of your area. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays or courier delays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns & Refunds

Refunds/returns will be accepted only for products that are received damaged. To initiate a return request, customers must provide an unedited video of the package being unpacked, along with four clear photographs showing the damage.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if:

  • The return request is initiated within 2 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, inserts and contents are included.
  • The product is free from any physical damage caused after delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  • 4 Photographs of the damaged product
  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage identified

These images/videos are required for verification and claim processing.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

QUALITY CHECK

All returned products undergo a quality inspection after they reach our warehouse.

Refunds or replacements will only be approved after the product successfully passes our quality check.

WordSmart Games reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.

BULK ORDERS

Orders containing more than 5 units of any product are considered Bulk Orders.

As bulk orders are generally placed for events, schools, corporate gifting or resale purposes:

  • Bulk orders are not eligible for return or refund once delivered.
  • Exceptions will only be made if the products are received damaged or defective.
  • Any damage claims must be supported with photographs and an unboxing video.

REFUND POLICY

Orders Purchased from the WordSmart Games Website

Once your returned product has passed our quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after successful quality verification.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used while placing the order.
  • Customers may be requested to provide payment details if required to complete the refund process.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.

Orders Purchased from Amazon, Flipkart or Other Marketplaces

If you purchased a WordSmart Games product through Amazon, Flipkart or any other e-commerce marketplace, all return, replacement and refund requests must be initiated through the respective platform where the purchase was made.

The return and refund policies of the respective marketplace will apply to such orders.
